WORK ON NOT DOUBLE SWINGING. IF YOU HAVE MOST GYMNASTIC MOVEMENTS. TRY ON THE MINUTE WORK. COME UP WITH A NUMBER AND HIT THAT NUMBER EVERY MINUTE. 7 UNBROKEN PULL UPS EACH MINUTE FOR 10 MINUTES. 5 BAR MUSCLE UPS EVERY 10 MINUTES.
