In May 2009 they wanted to start a new CROSSFIT gym and they asked us if we could be there guinea pigs to learn if they could train people. So out of there garage my journey began! I did it one time and I was hooked. In May 2009 Heather said we would try a 5k, at the time I was 44 years old and way out of shape and hadn’t ran in over 35 years. <br>By August we all ran the 5k. Now at 55 I have ran 5ks, <br>10ks, half marathons, a full marathon, trail runs, and triathlons ! If they wouldn’t have had this dream I would have missed out on a lot of my goals.
